With over 50 years of combined experience in banking and finance, Annie and Timo have decided to launch their own mortgage brokerage. Having known each other for over a decade, they possess a deep understanding of each other's strengths and weaknesses.

Annie excels in cultivating enduring client relationships and assisting them with their mortgage requirements. A beloved figure in Bateau Bay and its neighboring areas, she is deeply rooted in the local community. Beyond her professional commitments, Annie cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. She unwinds by visiting the Shelly Beach Golf Club, although whether she plays golf remains uncertain. Annie is passionate about supporting local initiatives and giving back to the community whenever possible.

Timo thrives in the operational core of the company. He relishes the challenge of developing new processes and workflows to ensure seamless business operations. Known as the "all-rounder" for his ability to handle marketing, compliance, IT, reporting, HR, networking, and sales, Timo plays a pivotal role in meeting diverse business needs. Outside of work, he enjoys precious moments with his family, indulging in fishing trips across Queensland and occasionally embarking on glamping adventures to Nelson Bay, one of his favourite destinations.
